Shipping Policy

At .blacktogrey, we ship all orders domestically and internationally via Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE).

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout. These costs may vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package.

For international shipments, please note that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes based on your country’s regulations. Currently, we ship to select EU countries (Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Andorra, and Sweden), as well as Norway, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada.

Important Notice for International Customers

If you are ordering from outside the EU, please be aware that any import duties, taxes, and additional fees are your responsibility. These charges vary depending on the destination and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.

Made-to-Order and Limited Edition

At .blacktogrey, we operate on a “limited edition” and “on demand” basis to avoid overproduction. Garments that are made on demand will only be produced once the order is confirmed and will be shipped within 2 weeks. For items that are not on demand, they will be dispatched within a few days of placing the order.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Return Policy

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items during the return process. Please ensure that postage is paid for any returned items, as returns with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

Please note that items purchased during an Archive Sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
